Here's What You Missed in OAC+

CB bought it.

77 units sold for $1,465.10, and $793.28 of that was gross profit.

I asked him the obvious question: buy for 85 cents and sell for $19?

"You read that right. It's crazy what people will pay for discontinued items!"

That came from one post by another member and the willingness to act on it. A few of those orders were 10+ units at a time.

Also on the board:

• JP passed his $600k goal for the year with Q4 still to come.
• TT is sitting at $50,476 in true profit for September at a 36.2% margin.
• PP sourced for 15 minutes on a Saturday and found $270 in profit.
• LE originally only got $34 each when Amazon lost three $82 action figures. He fixed one number, and both the claim and the re-evaluation got approved boosting his reimbursement.

What we've been working through:

• A returns setting that lets Amazon refund the customer before anything ships back and leaves us eating the cost. The fix is in a 43-message thread.
• The Nov 2 insurance requirement. Members compared agents against Amazon's own portal and named the insurers they went with.
• The bundles and multipacks "ban" rumor. It got settled in two days.
• Whether we can run two FBA offers on one ASIN. The room split, so I posted the Code of Conduct wording.
• Ungating after a year away. One file-naming habit, two first-try approvals.

What we covered live:

• Office hours with Grant Douglas, 9/17. Grant runs about $2.2M a year on roughly 20 hours a week. He showed how he tracks the top 10 sellers overlapping his catalog and shared the cold outreach email he sends to brands.
• Office hours, 9/24. We built a "safety net" filter live in Seller Amp's Advanced Search and exported 10,000 toy ASINs. The SOP is posted next to one for Keepa's new zip code seller search.
• Office hours, 10/1. We connected Keepa and Amazon to Claude and asked it for a buy or pass verdict on a Lego set. One drill-down showed Amazon crashing the price last October while the seller count doubled.

SQ summed it up better than I can: "just realized wandering OAC+ is far better than getting heart attacks by wandering in seller forums."
