Chris Grant dropped what he's calling his magnum opus: a free 2-hour, 10-minute Keepa course, plus a 43-page Keepa guide in the description. If you've got someone in your world who's still squinting at Keepa charts, send them here.
The Q2 leads group is in the final stretch and is tracking to cross six-figures by the end of the quarter. Q3 will be more of the same and registration is now open. More on that below. ๐
MR crossed $10k in sales, working toward getting out of the sandbox. He did it alongside his full-time job.
๐ CB's very first prep center shipment officially went out. His words: clicking buttons beats poly-bagging, labeling, and packing. Preach!
LE started an impromptu cowork session and sourced over $5k. Another example of the power of silent, focused work sessions.
RC shared an ungating tip that turned into a whole thread. He's having great success with 10-unit requests turning into auto-ungates.
๐ Speaking of ungating, DG is grinding away with Boxem trying to get some brands she used to be able to sell before taking time off the platform.
Monday's sourcing session found 7 leads in an hour.
Beyond the wins, here's what members discussed last week:
- Zach confirmed with a sales rep that a brand has discontinued an entire product line. He gave us the brand and pointed us towards some places to look fo rthem.
- Sweetwater's sales rep system, tax exempt certs, and how they handle resellers
- Christopher Grant's contrarian ungating advice for returning sellers
- HC dropped the best line of the week: "Don't let 'best' get in the way of 'better'"
- A custom Claude tool to track his whole workflow, order to FBA, including Section 3 doc organization
- Gmail/IMAP and OAuth workarounds for automating email cleanup
- A Crocs restriction scare
- FBM late-delivery dings and SSA
- the Rivian R2 pre-order mess

The weekday leads question (answered)
I've run a weekend lead list for years. And for just as long, the same question keeps landing in my inbox: "Do you ever do weekday leads?"
The answer is (technically) yes.
I don't do like the weekend lists. The only way to get weekday leads from me is through the quarterly groups. Right now that's the Q3 group, and registration is open.
Here's how it works. You pay once, $897 for the quarter. Leads start July 1st and run for three full months. Weekday leads, delivered the whole quarter. No monthly billing, no renewals to think about, no catch.
It's capped at 75 spots, and a good chunk are already taken. Registration closes July 5. After that, the doors are shut for the duration of Q3. If you've been one of the people asking me for weekday leads, this is the answer you've been waiting on.
And if you still want the weekends covered, the lists have room.
The quarterly group handles your weekdays. The weekend lists handle, well, the weekends. Same sourcing, two different rhythms.
Right now both weekend lists have spots open: OA Leads 24/7โ
Alpha (capped at 20 subscribers)
Gamma (capped at 15 subscribers)
Monthly subscription, leads delivered over the weekend.
See you inside,
Chris
